Customer Services Administrator (2-3 month Fixed Term Contract) | Manchester, UK

We're now looking to extra support across our Benefits team within our Customer Services area. If you're immediately available and looking to gain experience in the financial services this could be a great opportunity for you!

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support for various benefits processes across our product offering. Responsibilities include:

• Handling communications between customers, financial advisers, third parties, other business areas etc. • Ensuring the efficient payment of benefit transactions. • Producing letters and emails. • Working efficiently with internal systems . • Maintaining accurate records on our databases.
Knowledge & Experience:

• You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English. • Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised • A friendly and professional telephone manner
• Previous administration or phone work experience is desirable but not essential
